Welcome to Rain Luxury. By booking a rental vehicle with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Rental Requirements

• Renters must be at least eighteen years old with a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance

• A major credit card is required for security deposits and payments

2. Booking and Payment

• Full payment is required at the time of booking

• A security deposit will be held on the renter’s credit card and released upon the safe return of the vehicle

• Additional charges may apply for extra mileage, late returns, or damage

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made forty eight or more hours before rental receive a full refund minus a five percent processing fee

• Cancellations made between twenty four and forty eight hours before rental receive a fifty percent refund

• Cancellations made less than twenty four hours before rental are non refundable

4. Vehicle Usage and Restrictions

• The vehicle must not be used for racing, off road driving, towing, or illegal activities

• Only authorized drivers listed in the rental agreement may operate the vehicle

• Smoking and pets are not allowed in the vehicle. A cleaning fee will be charged for violations

5. Insurance and Liability

• Renters must have full coverage insurance that transfers to rental vehicles

• The renter is fully responsible for any damages, accidents, or traffic violations during the rental period

• In case of an accident, renters must immediately notify Rain Luxury and provide a police report

6. Late Returns and Extensions

• Vehicles returned after the agreed time will be charged an additional hourly rate

• Extensions must be requested in advance and are subject to vehicle availability

7. Security Deposit and Damage Fees

• A pre authorized security deposit is required before rental pickup

• Any damage, excessive wear, or policy violations will result in deductions from the security deposit

8. Privacy Policy

• Personal information is collected solely for booking and service purposes

• We do not share or sell customer data

9. Termination of Rental Agreement

Rain Luxury reserves the right to cancel a booking or terminate a rental agreement if policies are violated
