At Rain Luxury, we strive to provide a seamless and exceptional car rental experience. This policy outlines the terms for cancellations, refunds, and modifications to bookings.

1. Cancellation Policy
  • Cancellations made forty eight or more hours before rental receive a full refund minus a five percent processing fee

  • Cancellations made between twenty four and forty eight hours before rental receive a fifty percent refund

  • Cancellations made less than twenty four hours before rental are non refundable

2. No Show Policy

If you fail to pick up the vehicle at the scheduled time without prior notice, the booking will be considered a no show and no refund will be provided

3. Modifications and Rescheduling
  • Changes to bookings are subject to availability and must be requested at least twenty four hours in advance

  • Rescheduling may incur additional fees based on the new rental dates and vehicle availability

4. Early Returns

No refunds will be issued for early returns. The full rental period must be honored.

5. Refund Processing
  • Approved refunds will be processed within five to seven business days to the original payment method

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

6. Exceptions and Special Cases
